Sophia Chizuco is proud to present the Community Mural Project at Carter Hospital, where she has been selected as the lead artist. This collaborative project brought together nearly 100 individuals from the hospital community, including patients, doctors, nurses, therapists, social workers and members of the NYPD. Working alongside such a diverse group of people was an incredibly rewarding experience, as it fostered connections and allowed for creative expressions to emerge from all corners of the community. The mural serves as a testament to the strength, unity, and shared spirit of those who contribute to the healing environment of Carter Hospital.
