“Shifting Landscape Echoes” features 8 abstract landscape paintings by the Brooklyn based artist Sophia Chizuco. In the paintings presented, Chizuco transforms cherished memories, like shining sunlight and twinkling stars, into minimalistic geometric shapes, such as circles and lines. The circular forms, inspired by the Zen concept of Enso, hold deep significance for her, representing life, sunlight, spirit, peace, infinity, and continuity.
